OUR TEAM

As a licensed General Contractor for fifteen years, Peter leads our building projects and is responsible for the coordination of our modular supplier, our subcontractors, and local governments, to ensure the home-building process is as smooth and efficient as possible. 

Jeanne is our home design expert. She helps customers create ideal floorplans and selects from the many available building options, from countertops and cabinets to flooring and siding. 

Nicolas Arnold, our newest team member, focuses on helping in all aspects of the building process, from design to site work.   

Our finish team, Kelly Contracting & Remodeling, has been in business since 1999. A meticulous carpenter, Pat has been building since 1986, and can bring any of your ideas to life. He works with his son Mike, who has been working in the trade for eleven years, has an associate degree in building technology, and has developed the same skill and attention to detail as his father.  

Our mechanicals team, PEQS Mechanicals, takes care of all our customers' HVAC, plumbing, and electrical needs. Dave has over thirty years of experience in the industry and started his own business in 2007. He works with his son in the field, and together, they provide high-quality mechanical services for all of our customers.
