We purchased our home in September 2004 from Arnolds Homes and we have been very happy with it. Often with new construction, there are minor problems which arise. Any small problem we encountered with our home were addressed and resolved in a timely fashion by Mr. Arnold, even if there were not covered by the manufacturers warranty. There were a lot of features Mr. Arnold included in our home that made a huge difference compared to the other houses we looked at when we were shopping for a home. Our home has a poured concrete foundation, stain resistant carpet, energy efficiant windows, architectural shingles and an energy efficient furnace with multi-zoned heating. All in all, my wife and I have been more then satisfied with our new home and would most definitly consider purchasing another home from Mr. Arnold.

We also recommend him to everyone we come in contact that has mentioned they are looking for a home just because it was a great joy working with him and he offers a great product.
